Forty integrations, and what each one can actually do.

Carriers differ, and pretending otherwise makes for a bad integration. Every capability below is declared by the adapter itself and enforced before a booking reaches the carrier.

You bring your own carrier accounts.

Shipstack is not a reseller and does not mark up postage. You add the credentials for carriers you already have contracts with, and you are quoted your own negotiated rates. Every integration below is implemented and conformance-tested, and is currently in beta pending validation against live carrier accounts.

Capability matrix

Requests are validated against these capabilities before any network call, so an unsupported booking fails fast and locally rather than as a carrier error.

  • Royal Mail Click & Drop

    Beta

    The Click & Drop API, for merchants shipping on a Royal Mail online account.

    Single-parcel consignments only: Royal Mail books each parcel separately.

  • Royal Mail OBA

    Online Business Account, for higher-volume contract shippers.

    A separate Royal Mail contract from Click & Drop, with its own credentials.

    Next-day and timed UK delivery, plus European road and air.

  • DPD Local

    Carries a large share of Belgian cross-border volume into the Netherlands and France.

  • Chronopost

    La Poste’s express arm, the main next-day carrier in France.

    Sits above Colissimo: express where Colissimo covers the economy tier.

  • Correos

    Spain’s national operator, with the widest rural coverage in the country.

    Includes the Oficina and CityPaq collection networks.

  • SEUR

    Spain’s largest private carrier, part of GeoPost/DPD.

    Carries the B2B and next-day volume where Correos carries the rural and postal tail.

  • Deutsche Post

    German letter and small-parcel postage, franked from a prepaid wallet.

    Sells postage rather than carriage, to 2kg. A printed franking cannot be recalled, only an unused one refunded.

  • Poste Italiane

    Italy’s national operator, with the widest rural coverage in the country.

    Includes the Punto Poste collection network of post offices and lockers.

  • Packeta

Missing a carrier?

A new courier is a self-contained adapter: it declares the credentials it needs and the capabilities it has, and Manager renders its settings form from that declaration automatically.

Nothing about your integration changes when one is added. The canonical format is the same, and a new carrier simply starts appearing in your quote responses.

What you would see

  1. 1 Enable the carrier in Manager and paste in your credentials.
  2. 2 It joins the fan-out on your next quote request.
  3. 3 Its rates appear alongside the others, in the same shape.
